This slick acronym stands for "Recapping Irritating Character Hate." There are certain characters that recappers like or at least tolerate while playing through the game. But while recapping, it's often more difficult to overlook annoying character traits. Any characters that the recappers didn't actively dislike before the recap qualify for this trope.
