Vaginas can be confusing and scary to all those supposedly CHIIIIIIIIICKS-loving, horny, male game designers. This puzzlement and fear can manifest in various ways, but the most on-the-nose example is the Evil Vagina Flower. These are pretty and smell nice, but look out, because they actually have teeth and will eat you. Many of the gay heroes of RPGs enjoy a nice flower here and there, but many have also developed a fear of these secret vaginas that want to gobble them up and destroy them.

- Final Fantasy IX: The boss of the Evil Forest is a deadly vagina flower.
- Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: Evil flowers are everywhere! Many of them pop out of the ground and scare the crap out of poor Twink.
- Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker: Cel-shaded Twink has to endure an entire dungeon of horrible vagina monsters. It is a traumatic experience.
